D1 Moto Terms of Use
These terms are the rules for using d1moto.com and how we handle requests. By using the website or sending a request you accept them. If a translation differs from the Vietnamese text, the Vietnamese text prevails.
1. Who we are
The website belongs to D1MOTORS (360 Moto, D1 Moto), brand D1 Moto, registration number 0317849875-002, address 1P, 2P, 3P Quân Trấn, Hùng Vương nối dài, P. Lộc Thọ, TP. Nha Trang, Tỉnh Khánh Hoà; e-mail hello@d1motors.com, WhatsApp +84 375 908 782. We rent out motorbikes and scooters, help choose and buy a bike, and teach riding in the cities shown on the website.
2. What a request is
- A request on the website asks us to contact you and prepare a rental or service. A request is not a rental contract and does not guarantee that a bike is reserved for you.
- After your request, the branch manager writes to you in the messenger you chose and confirms the bike, dates and amount. The rental is agreed once the manager has confirmed it.
- The rental contract is concluded at pick-up at the branch: you read and sign the contract and the handover report, show your documents and pay for the rental and the deposit.
- There is no online payment on the website. We never ask you to pay in advance through the website or through links in messages; you pay at pick-up by the methods the branch names.
3. Prices and availability
- Prices on the website are in Vietnamese dong (₫) and depend on the rental length. The amount before confirmation is the website's calculation; the manager confirms the final amount, which is written in the contract.
- “Available on these dates” reflects our system’s data at the time you look. The manager confirms availability.
- Returning the bike in another city costs a surcharge, shown before you send the request.
- The deposit is shown for each bike. It is paid at pick-up and returned after the bike is checked at return, less the amounts the contract provides for (damage, fines, missing equipment).
4. Cancellation
You can cancel a booking free of charge no later than 24 hours before pick-up — message the manager. The terms for later cancellation, changes and early ending of the rental are set by the rental contract.
5. What you need to rent
- A valid passport.
- The right to ride the chosen bike under Vietnamese law: a driving licence of the class the bike requires; with a foreign licence — an international driving permit recognised in Vietnam. Some models need no licence — this is shown on the model page.
- Age and other conditions — in the rental contract.
6. Using the website
- Give true information and your own contact in a request.
- Do not send requests for other people without their consent, and do not use the website for mass sending, automated requests or attempts to disrupt it.
- Texts, photos, design and code of the website belong to D1 Moto or are used under licence. They may not be copied for commercial purposes without our written permission.
7. Personal data
How we process data is set out in the Personal Data Processing Policy: /en/legal/privacy/.
8. Liability
- We work to keep the information on the website accurate and up to date. If a price or a description on the website turns out to be wrong, you may withdraw your request with no obligation before the booking is confirmed.
- We are not responsible for outages of the messengers and internet services you use to reach us.
- Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under Vietnam's Law on Protection of Consumers' Rights No. 19/2023/QH15.
9. Complaints and disputes
- Send a complaint to hello@d1motors.com or WhatsApp +84 375 908 782 with your request or contract number. We will confirm receipt and answer within the time limits of consumer protection law.
- Disputes are settled by negotiation. If that fails, you may turn to consumer protection authorities, mediation or a court in Vietnam.
- These terms are governed by the law of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.
10. Changes
A new version is published on this page with its date and applies to requests sent after publication.
