How and when is the deposit returned?
The deposit is paid at pick-up and refunded after the check at return. You see the deposit in the total before you book; every payment is shown in your account.
Can I return the bike in another city?
Yes, in any city where we work — for rentals from 5 days; to Phu Quoc by car ferry. The surcharge is in the calculation before you book.
How do I pay?
Payment and deposit at pick-up. Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pick-up.
Can I extend the rental?
Yes. In your account, on the rental card, tap “Extend” — the request goes to the branch manager, who confirms the new dates and the total.
What if the bike breaks down on the road?
The branch manager is in touch for the whole rental: a breakdown, a flat tyre, any trouble on the road. Write in “Messages” in your account.
